Showing respect for our terroirs
For five generations the winegrowers' tradition has been maintained with respect for terroirs and the environment. The best care of our vineyards has been, and still is, taken on a daily basis so as to preserve the core value of the family estate.
Developing our wines in conditions showing greater respect for our planet is a target which is gradually developed and achieved day after day. In 2020, our Maison undertook a major environmental transition which resulted in the obtaining of High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) certifications.
It is important, even vital, to offer an excellent produce, and such excellence must be achieved through respect for the environment, and a new approach for our work in the vineyards.
We abandoned completely all chemical weed killers. We have respect for the soil: each terroir is different and requires a technique that is different from that used in another terroir.
Each plot is worked in relation to the type of soil, its exposure to the sun, the slope it is planted on.
We are currently working on an extensive introduction of biodiversity throughout our estate.... To be followed...
