It brings out the contrast there is between a white wine produced only from black grapes coming from a terroir of Pinot Noir - the Côte des Bars - and a Premier Cru terroir in Bisseuil. It is presented with a low Extra-Brut dosage of 5.5g/l, displaying a finely balanced identity between terroir and know-how.
