The new vintage of our cuvée Saint-Nicaise won a silver OUTSTANDING medal during the last tasting of the International Wine and Spirit Competition of London.
Judges tasting notes : Light yellow straw colour. Nose offers delicate citrus notes, pink grapefruit, lemon biscuit and white flowers. In the mouth the autolytic notes are sweet pastry and toast with the fruit and creamy mousse beautifully integrated and balanced. Textural and very fine, elegant finish.
